Hello my beautiful and wonderful Zumba friends!!
I announced in class today that I would not be in class next week, Thursday, July 2. As of class time this morning, I did not yet know which instructor would be covering my class for me, but now I know and so I wanted to pass that along to all of you 💃
The wonderful ✨Emily✨ will be subbing for me next Thursday morning at 9:30 AM, so definitely come and dance with her! She is awesome, she always makes the class fun, and I hope you’ll take advantage of the chance to dance with a different instructor because we all have something different to offer. 🫶🏼
Please welcome Emily in my absence! I cannot wait to see all of you again during the second week of July. Happy fourth!

Good morning!! It is a special week at Onelife Fitness. We are having a Purple Zumba Party on Thursday to celebrate the Onelife Fundraiser to End Alzheimer’s!! Please come join me, Debbie Quinn McNulty and Emily Bohling!

“Practicing mindful movement” is a double-whammy for enjoyment AND health benefits! Improve your physical, emotional, and mental longevity. Dance, dance fitness such as Zumba, tai chi, horseback riding, and other forms of mindful movement that work your brain and your body simultaneously, are excellent for strengthening memory and body together.
I hope everyone finds the activity that motivates and benefits then the way Zumba does for me 🫶🏼
