We enjoyed every minute of this week! We celebrated our 2026 Seniors, Classroom Awards, Kindergarten and 5th Grade Graduation! It was wonderful to congratulate our learners on a great school year! Thank you to all our CLP families and friends for joining us this week as we celebrated our learners! We love our CLP community! 💙💛💙

Good morning, CLP,

We had a CLP family lose their home to a fire on Sunday night. They are all safe, but they did lose all of their possessions. They are currently staying in a hotel until everything is sorted out for them.

We would like to come together as a CLP family and provide some gift cards for the family, possibly Wal-Mart or Target, so they can get food, toiletries and clothing.

If you are able to donate, Ms. Shing and Ms. Green have an envelope in the front office. We plan to give the family the items on Friday.

We are so very proud of our CLP LEAD Council! Our LEAD Council works hard to lead our campus through service to others.

Througout this year, they have supported at campus events, such as the Thanksgiving Lunch and Kindergarten Round Up, as well as, raise money for our school through Gobble Grams. Our LEAD Council has collected supplies and materials to help support the needs in our community! Our LEAD Council meets monthly to discuss the best ways to serve the learners, educators and families of CLP!

Thank you to Ms. DeWitt, Ms. Grau and Ms. Nix for leading our CLP LEAD Council!

We are grateful to win the TEPSA Leadership Award and look forward to accepting the award this summer at the conference!

Today, we celebrated the Senior Class of 2026! It was great to see the graduating seniors who attended CLP as elementary learners!

We celebrated them with one last walk of the CLP halls. We gave them a CLP Cowboy charm to remember their time at CLP!

We honored Katelyn Bui as our CLP scholarship winner!

We celebrated our two RHS graduates who were part of the elementary education program at GBCCA. Kaylee F. and Grayson D. spent this year observing and teaching a lesson in Ms. Bishop and Ms. Jones’ classroom!

We also thanked Andrew and John Green for their work with RHS PALS at CLP!

It was such a special day! We are grateful for these seniors and we know they will continue to make us proud and do amazing things!

Field Day 2026

Our 2025-2026 CLP Field Day and Family Picnic was Magical! Thanks to our fabulous Coach K, Coach Green, Specials Team, CLP Educators and Volunteers! We started our day with a Pep Rally, that also included an engagement for Ms. Mince and her fiancé Mr. Ben, the fun filled field day activities, inflatable race with the speediest 🐿️, then ended with our CLP community at our family picnic! Our school is so very special and I am so grateful to lead each day! Our CLP learners, educators and families make it the best place to be, CLP! 💛💙💛

Congratulations to our April AMIRA winners! These learners are the top readers in their grade level! We are so very proud of them! We honored them this week with an ice cream! Way to go! 💛💙💛
