The Frisco ISD Board of Trustees approved a balanced budget for the upcoming school year, ensuring the District's spending matches its revenue for the second year in a row.

Trustees also approved a compensation plan that includes a 2% pay increase for all employees and higher stipends for special education teachers.

The Texas Education Agency has released spring 2026 STAAR results for students in grades 3-8 and end-of-course exam results for high school students.

Frisco ISD is pleased to welcome Nicole Lyons as the District’s new Chief Communications Officer.

Lyons brings more than 13 years of school communications experience and deep family ties to FISD, where her parents served as longtime educators. She will officially join Frisco ISD on July 13.
