55 CARING HEARTS NEEDED IN OUR ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS!

We're looking for caring MeMes, Paw Paws, Grandmas, Grandpas, Abuelas, Grannys, Nanas, and other special grandparent figures to help make a lasting impact on the lives of our students.

A caring Grand can make a lasting difference in a child's school experience. We are currently looking for volunteers to serve primarily in Kindergarten and 1st Grade classrooms, especially at Global Leadership Academy (GLA). Bilingual Grands are highly encouraged to apply to help support our Dual Language students.

To help build meaningful relationships with students, Grands must be able to commit to a consistent volunteer schedule. Applications will be accepted through July 17, and all volunteers must complete and pass a background check before being selected.

DON'T WAIT! REGISTER TODAY!!

THE DEADLINE TO REGISTER FOR SCHOOL BUS SERVICE FOR THE 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR IS THURSDAY, JUNE 25!

If your child will ride the bus next year, the last day to register your child for bus service for the 26-27 academic year is Thursday, June 25. Students who do not register for bus service WILL NOT be allowed to board a Terrell ISD School Bus. Register your child for bus service here:

In addition to registering bus service, bus riders will also be required to have a bus ridership badge in order to board a Terrell ISD school bus by Monday, August 17. Student ID’s/Bus Ridership Badges can be obtained from your child’s campus during schedule pickup or during the first two weeks of school.

Bus routes for the 26-27 school year will be released on Thursday, July 23.
School starts on Monday, August 3!

TIGER NATION! WE NEED 60 GRANDS FOR OUR ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS!

Our Teacher Classroom Shop provides essential supplies such as crayons, scissors, glue, pencils, and more to support our dedicated educators and ensure students have the tools they need to succeed. This year-round resource is available at no cost to teachers, helping them better serve classrooms across the district.

We are currently seeking sponsors to help keep this valuable shop stocked. Sponsorship levels range from $200 to $7,500. If you're an individual or business owner who wants to make a difference, please consider donating funds.
