is thrilled to join the vibrant community at .dock in the heart of Oak Cliff, in Dallas, TX!
After quietly roasting in Oak Cliff since 2023, the team is excited to finally welcome customers and wholesale partners into a dedicated space. This new headquarters brings together a small craft roasting and production studio with a private cupping and tasting lab—designed to share exceptional coffee, foster connection, and invite our community into the craft of specialty coffee by highlighting the stories and impact behind the coffee & mission alike.

While Elevate won’t have a storefront onsite, we’re thrilled to team up with on espresso in their new cafe space & collaborate with many of the other concepts throughout the .dock development & Oak Cliff community (more on that to come)!

Founded by husband & wife team Michael and Alicia Iwasko, Elevate Coffee Trading is a purpose-driven specialty coffee company rooted in heritage, quality, transparency, and generous impact.
Through direct relationships with coffee producers in Guatemala & Peru,as well as exceptional offerings from Mexico, Elevate partners with nonprofits to leverage coffee as a vehicle to uplift communities through health and education initiatives for children in these coffee-producing regions & in our local schools. Elevate is committed to advancing this mission—fostering deeper connections and bridging the gap between coffee’s roots and coffee drinkers through meaningful experiences, stories and relationships from producer’s farms to your cup.
