One of the questions I often discuss with clients during my one-on-one coaching sessions is this:

Would your teen or young adult thrive working from home, or would they be better off starting their career in an office?

There isn't a right or wrong answer.

Some graduates are highly independent, self-motivated, and productive in a remote environment. Others benefit from being surrounded by colleagues, building relationships in person, and having easier access to mentorship and guidance.

The key is understanding your student's personality, strengths, work habits, and long-term goals before making career decisions.
