1099 Contractor Role - Virtual Assistant
Own the content engine around our podcast, blog, and email programs, and to support our annual scholarship and habit challenge each fall. You will work closely with both owners and our SEO team to keep weekly content shipping on time, on brand, and useful to our audience.
This is a great fit for someone with 2‑5 years of VA, content coordination, or marketing assistant experience who is organized, a strong writer, and comfortable in tools like Canva and Mailchimp. There is real room to grow and expand this role, especially if social media (Reels, content creation) is your strong suit.
Position type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Hours: 5–10 hours per week (with room to grow)
Rate: $25–$35/hour, depending on experience
Location: Fully remote
Tools you’ll use: Mailchimp, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, Canva, Meta Suite (IG/FB)
