🎉 Congratulations to our CCIC Airframe & Powerplant students! 🛩️🚁

Today was the final day of an incredible year for 40 students who completed an additional 20 days of summer training to finish either the Airframe or Powerplant FAA base curriculum and earn their Certificates of Completion! ✈️ This achievement reflects their hard work, perseverance, and commitment. Powerplant classes are in the evenings after a full day of school or work, making today's accomplishment even more impressive. We are proud of each and every one of these students and excited to see where their aviation careers will take them.

A special congratulations to Erica Burge, a Grandview High School alum, who has already secured a position with Straight Flight after successfully passing her FAA Aircraft Maintenance Technician test! 👏

Last night, CCSD Board of Education officially welcomed Keith Frazier as the newest member of the Board following his swearing-in ceremony.

Mr. Frazier was unanimously appointed to fill the vacant Director District D seat after a thoughtful selection process that included public interviews with five qualified candidates. A current Cherry Creek parent, longtime school volunteer, and community advocate, Mr. Frazier brings valuable experience and a deep commitment to serving students, families, and staff across the district.

We are excited to welcome Director Frazier to the Board and look forward to his contributions as he begins his service to the Cherry Creek Schools community. Congratulations, Director Frazier!
