🎉💦 FIELD DAY IS TOMORROW! 💦🎉

The Ben Milam PTA is excited to celebrate an amazing year with our Milam Elementary School Mustangs!

A few reminders for families:

✅ Send your student with a change of clothes and a towel
✅ Water shoes are permitted and may be changed into during activities
✅ Turn in your signed permission slip if you haven't already
✅ Parents will not be able to attend Field Day activities

After all the fun and games, students and staff will enjoy optional hot dogs, ice pops, and juice pouches provided by the PTA. We will have a few items for students who do not want hot dogs, such as fruit cups, applesauce pouches, raisins, or Goldfish. Students will still attend their regularly scheduled lunch period.

Our 5th Grade Glow Party was a glowing success!

Our Mustangs had an amazing time dancing, laughing, and making memories with friends at the Glow Party! From the bright neon colors to the fun music and exciting energy, it was filled with smiles and lots of fun.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this special event possible. We loved celebrating our incredible 5th graders as they finish their elementary school journey! 💙💚💛🩷

As we wrap up another amazing school year, students do not need to bring backpacks to school for the remainder of the week.

🍎🥦 Congratulations to our Food & Nutrition Class participants! 🥦🍎

Today we celebrated the completion of our Food & Nutrition class! 🎉 Throughout this journey, participants learned valuable ways to make healthier choices, incorporate more fruits and vegetables into their meals, stay hydrated, and build habits that support a healthier lifestyle for themselves and their families.

We are so proud of everyone who dedicated their time to learning, growing, and investing in their health. Thank you for your commitment and participation!

Our 5th grade students put their creativity and problem-solving skills to the test during their exciting Egg Drop Experiment! 🥚

Students worked hard to design and build creative contraptions to protect their eggs from cracking after a big drop. It was amazing to see their teamwork, critical thinking, and engineering skills in action!

Learning + creativity + fun = a great day in 5th grade! We are so proud of our Mustangs and the effort they put into this hands-on science activity.

The PTA is sponsoring a pizza + ice cream party for the FIRST class to reach 100% registration for the 2026–27 school year!
