πΊπΈ JBHS JROTC Update from Fort Jackson!
Our cadets continue to represent Jack Britt High School with pride at JROTC Camp in Fort Jackson, South Carolina! As part of Educators Day, Mr. Picciano had the unique opportunity to experience several of the same activities and challenges our cadets participate in throughout camp.
We are excited to report that everyone is doing well, learning valuable leadership skills, building teamwork, and creating memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you to COL McGee, Sergeant Major Cutshall, and the entire camp staff for providing such an outstanding experience for our scholars.

Last week, we were honored to welcome Two Brothers Catering to Jack Britt High School as they surprised us with a special plaque recognizing our valued community partnership.
We are grateful for their continued support, generosity, and commitment to helping our scholars and school community thrive. Strong partnerships like these make a lasting difference and remind us that it truly takes a village to support student success.

Friday morning, I had the pleasure of seeing off our JBHS JROTC cadets as they departed for camp in South Carolina with COL McGee and Sergeant Major Cutshall.
We are proud of these cadets for embracing this opportunity to grow as leaders, build teamwork, and represent Buccaneer Nation with excellence.

If youβre looking for something exciting to do this summer, come support rising Jack Britt High School senior Ashanthy Marcano as she represents the USA Baseball Womenβs National Team at Segra Stadium on June 12 at 7:00 PM!
Ashanthy is the definition of a student-athlete. During her time at JBHS, she has excelled in baseball, basketball, track, and softball, demonstrating incredible talent, dedication, and school pride. Her selection to compete at this level is a tremendous accomplishment, and we could not be more proud of her.

π Class of 2026 Graduation Reminder π
Buccaneer Nation Seniors and Families, tomorrow is the big day!
Graduates should arrive at Crown Coliseum by 6:30 PM and be dressed appropriately for this formal occasion. Please remember that graduation caps may not be decorated.
To help us honor every graduate, we ask that all students and guests conduct themselves with dignity and respect throughout the ceremony. Please leave balloons, signs, air horns, and other disruptive items at home.
