Last month, our co-founder Lauralee Pierce represented IBOUNCE UP as one of four featured speakers at Echelon’s INSPIRE Day at Honouliuli Middle School.
Lauralee shared IBOUNCE UP's mission of building resilience, hope, and healing with over 300 eighth-grade students, teachers, and volunteers. Her session focused on equipping students with tools to strengthen their mindset, manage stress, and believe in their potential.
We're incredibly grateful to Echelon for inviting us to be part of this powerful day and to everyone who made it possible. Opportunities like these remind us why we do this work; to empower the next generation and create lasting change in our community 🌺✨

What if you could set a goal today… and actually keep it?
That’s exactly what we explored with the incredible individuals at Habilitat where we dove deep into goal setting, staying motivated, and choosing behaviors that lead to success.
This marks our second lesson with Habilitat, and each visit reaffirms how amazing this group here is. We saw determination in the eyes of participants, heard stories of hope, and felt the energy of a community ready to rise above challenges.
At IBOUNCE UP, our mission is simple yet profound: equip people with the skills to thrive mentally and emotionally.
Love and Aloha to the Habilitat Ohana for yet another meaningful engagement.

"You never know how strong you are until being strong is your only choice.” – Bebe Moore Campbell
July is Bebe Moore Campbell Minority Mental Health Awareness Month. A time to uplift the voices, stories, and needs of BIPOC communities in the mental health space. 🌱
At IBOUNCE UP, we believe in the power of inner strength and courage, especially when life demands it. This quote by Bebe Moore Campbell reminds us that resilience often emerges in our toughest moments.
We honor her legacy by centering culturally responsive, life-changing resilience training for BIPOC youth and families across Hawai‘i.
