So much new is happening, and I’m excited to share it all with you!
First, I am transitioning posts to a new page to announce and hold events and resources instead of using my personal page. All posts will move to the Dr. Lynn Cohick page. Please head over to the page and follow to remain connected to what I am doing.
Over the last several months, the Lord has encouraged me with this goal: More Women Knowing More. The goal is to make biblical scholarship accessible to women in all walks of life and ministry. That means retaining the old treasures, like the Alabaster Jar podcast, and expanding our resources.
One of those new resources is a supportive, online learning community, taught by women, taught to women, designed for women in the church. These short, one-month classes will feature two live webinars and two weeks of learning in community. I’ll start us off with “Reading the Stories of Biblical Women” in June, and I’m delighted that Dr. Eva Bleeker will be teaching a class for us in July.
Another new resource is a monthly book club featuring a live webinar with the author. We begin in June with Scot McKnight’s The Blue Parakeet followed by Traumatized Church with Adrienne Gibson. Check out the bio links to find out more!
