🚨Weather Alert Preparedness at Wag'n World & Informaton to keep in mind as a gentle reminder as we approach this Hurricane/Tropical Storm Season.

Hello Pawrents,

We are closely monitoring the weather and any potential storm activity.

Our Heights location, 1616 W 22nd St, Houston, TX 77008, ([email protected] / 832-699-3399) is equipped with a full-facility generator and remains prepared to care for your pups should power outages occur. If you are affected by an outage and need assistance with your dog’s care, we are here to help.

For pups currently boarding with us, our management team and care staff are on-site 24 hours a day to ensure every dog remains safe, comfortable, and well cared for. We will provide updates as needed. If phone service becomes disrupted, email communication will remain available.

For our Montrose location, we have an established emergency plan in place. During previous weather events, we safely transported all dogs to our Heights location and personally notified every pawrent.

The safety of our dogs and team members will always remain our top priority.
