Sometimes the biggest pivots don’t happen overnight.

After more than a decade of agency ownership, I made the decision last year to close the client-services side of Story Zone Media and step into a new chapter focused on communication leadership, storytelling, education, and community-centered projects.

But Story Zone Media isn’t going away.

🎯 Big smiles. Full backpacks. A lot of community love!

💬 Last weekend, Legacy Community Health’s Back to School Festival in Beaumont brought families together for a fun day with plenty of help for the new school year.

💡 With the help of media coverage on KFDM and KBTV, more families heard about the free backpacks, haircuts, school supplies, and resources waiting for them.

🚀 The best part? Over 1,000 kids left ready for school and excited for what’s next. Events like this show how strong a community can be when everyone comes together—and when the story gets shared.
