So proud of our sweet Kinleigh! She represented the Rocket City so well this last weekend. She was crowned Miss Alabama Cinderella at the Alabama Cinderella Scholarship Pageant. Internationals, here we come!

A massive CONGRATULATIONS to our sweet Mary Elizabeth Madden, Miss Alabama Volunteer for finishing TOP 10 at Miss Volunteer America Pageant. She was also voted Miss Congeniality by her fellow contestants for being the wonderful young lady we all absolutely love. Glad they all got to see what we see! 🩷🥳🤩👑

It's DYW Locals season! Congratulations to our Elisabeth Smith- she was awarded Distinguished Young Woman of Cullman County 2027 last night. She was also the INTERVIEW WINNER, Scholastics winner, and also won the Patty Grier Community Service Award. Our sweet girl earned $5250 in scholarships last night!

As I often tell my clients, “An interview is not a quiz—it’s a conversation.”

For those preparing for sorority recruitment, we also offer specialized recruitment coaching. Just as pageant preparation requires current knowledge and experience, successful recruitment coaching requires an understanding of today’s ever-changing landscape. Recruitment processes vary from campus to campus, and what worked years ago may not be relevant today.

Kelly brings more than 30 years of experience in social work and mentoring young women. She is passionate about helping students navigate recruitment with confidence while also providing support and guidance to parents throughout the process. Her goal is to help make the experience positive, successful, and as stress-free as possible for everyone involved.
