We celebrate answered prayers when God heals, but sometimes His answer looks different than we expected.
There is no shame in answered prayers.
As Christians, we don’t have to choose between faith and wisdom. God often works through people, relationships, knowledge, and resources to accomplish His purpose in our lives. Seeking help is not a lack of faith. It may be the very answer you’ve been praying for.
If you’ve been struggling, you don’t have to carry it alone. Healing is possible, and sometimes the first step is simply reaching out.
If you’re ready to take that step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Send me a message to learn more or to schedule a session.
Healing is not weakness.
Support is not failure.
And receiving help is not a lack of faith in God.

Your life will not change by accident.
If you are unhappy with your body, your mindset, your relationships, your habits, or the direction your life is going, waiting longer will not fix it.
You have to decide that you are done being stuck.
Not perfect.
Not overnight.
Intentional.
Small changes repeated daily can completely change the course of your life.
Stop waiting for the “right time.”
Start doing. đź§

Some of the most damaging shame doesn’t sound dark or rebellious.
It sounds spiritual.

I am excited to get back to podcasting and in my next episode I talk about the difference between conviction and shame. Let’s discuss how shame affects the brain and nervous system and why so many people mistake condemnation for holiness.
