The Summer Reading Requirements for the 2026–2027 school year have been posted and are now available for review.

All students entering 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th grades should carefully review their assigned reading selections and any accompanying instructions before the start of the school year. AP, IB, World Language, and English courses may have additional requirements. We encourage students to begin reading early and pace themselves throughout the summer to ensure they are fully prepared for the first day of class.

Some courses require students to complete written assignments, be prepared for discussions, or take assessments during the first days of school. Please review the grade-level requirements attached and posted on our website.

Important: Your child does not need to be registered for the student Summer Bridge session in order for you to attend this Parent Bridge session - but we do encourage incoming students to attend Stanton Summer Bridge for students if they’re able (6/8-6/10 or 6/15-6/17)! Congratulations to Stanton Class of 2026 graduate Alan Alwakeel for being named a semifinalist for the US Presidential Scholarship awarded by the US Department of Education. Alan is an outstanding Blue Devil who will be attending Harvard in the fall. Best of luck, Alan!!! 💙💙
