Some Sundays call for church.
Not the kind with pews but the kind where your body is the instrument and movement is the prayer.

Cougar Church is a daytime rooftop gathering for femmes ready to get out of their heads and back into their bodies. Sun on your skin, music in the open air, bare feet on the rooftop.

This is the sun-soaked sister to Cougar Club, our Wednesday night dance party.

We begin with a grounding Qi Gong practice led by .dharma , then let the music take over. No choreography. No mirrors. No performance. Just movement as medicine.

Dance, sweat, lounge, sip coffee, connect, and stay awhile.

For women, femmes, and female-identifying humans of every age and every body. Come as you are. Come ready to move.

A shop-local market featuring womxn- and non-binary–owned businesses, artists, and makers. Discover ceramics, jewelry, botanicals, art, apparel, home goods, beauty, and more. Leave with your holiday gifting complete while supporting Local Womxn creatives.

A complimentary gift-wrapping station will be available throughout the day.

Both workshops require tickets and include all tools and materials.
