We celebrated the end of the year by having the first ever Valley View Carnival! Both the students and the adults had a blast and rumor has it, Mrs. Gilmore is still washing whip cream out of the hair 🎡🎟️

On Tuesday night, we celebrated the graduation of the Class of 2026. We are so proud of our graduates and can’t wait to see how far they will go !

In honor of Teacher Appreciation Week, our Valley View students flipped the script and presented their teachers with Superlatives , including most inspiring & best teacher voice . Valley View teachers work so hard to support our students all year long and it’s been wonderful to celebrate them this week !

One of our outstanding educators created this beautiful installation celebrating our Seniors, in perfect harmony with our district's call to Defy Gravity. We are incredibly proud of the Class of 2026!

Ms. Brown's Valley View Tea Party proved to be a highlight of the season, with its delectable food and scintillating conversations combining to create a most agreeable experience for the gathered company ( from the desk of Lady Whistledown).

Today Mrs. Playter's Fashion Design & Construction Class held their annual Toilet Paper Prom Dress Competition with major style. After judges were left in stitches, our panel made the difficult choice of deciding "Who made it best ?” A round of applause for all the wit & hard work of all the competitors!

As a part of our celebration of love, HMEC students and staff made over 225 cards for residents at two Blue Springs nursing home facilities . This was a wonderful way to engage with our community and spread love to others . The following are just a few examples of their hard work 💕💕💕

Holiday Happiness Week is off to a great start ! We started the week celebrating everyone’s favorite Christmas Crank, the Grinch ; then moved on to holiday headware ! Tomorrow, it’s a long winters nap with a hot cocoa bar at lunch 🎄💚🦌
