All children will learn, grow, and develop to realize their full potential.

A free and voluntary early learning program for parents with children from birth to age 5 (prekindergarten) living within the Pleasant Hill R3 School District. Research has shown that children who participate in Parents as Teachers have more advanced language, social development, problem solving and other intellectual skills.
