Congratulations to one of our graduating Saber-Toothed Salmon team members Bella Brown for receiving this epic scholarship!

The future of Ketchikan doesn’t just happen by accident — it’s built intentionally, year after year, investment by investment, student by student. 💙

Over the years, the Greater Ketchikan Chamber of Commerce has worked to grow an endowed scholarship fund of nearly $70,000, ensuring that support for local students continues not just today, but for generations to come.

Congratulations to our 2026 Endowed Scholarship recipients, each receiving $1500, Giselle Nobel and Isabella Brown! 🎓

These scholarships are more than awards: they are a community saying:
“We believe in you.”
“We believe in local talent.”
“And we believe the future of Ketchikan is worth investing in.”

Because when local students succeed, our entire community grows stronger. From workforce development to leadership, these investments stay right here at home, shaping the next chapter of Ketchikan.

Thank you to every donor, supporter, and community member who has helped make this lasting legacy possible.
