Reiki reduces the stress levels of caregivers, is effective in regulating blood pressure and pulse rate, does not cause a significant change on saliva cortisol level, and provides relief to caregivers.

Happy New Year, friends! I've been offline for a while, but have lots of updates!
I've moved back to the Las Vegas area and will be offering Reiki and holistic sound therapy (with earthing and aromatherapy add-ons) this year - appointments available beginning Feb 1. I'll also be offering private and group Reiki 1 & 2 classes for anyone interested in becoming a Reiki practitioner (message me for info). And finally, I'll be offering Reiki Master classes starting this spring. So many big, wonderful changes in 2021 which have helped launch me forward into my true path for 2022. 🤗
