What do we do when it feels like we’re standing in the middle of a tornado?
When it feels like the storm is too big and we’re going to be swept away?
When everything feels like it’s falling apart around us, and we’re just hanging on for dear life, hoping it will all be ok soon?
What do we do when chaos surrounds us, and we feel paralyzed, overwhelmed and hopeless?
We are living in uncertain times. Terrifying times. Times that are putting us at our absolute stress limit for what we feel like we can survive— and yet, there are ways we can rise up stronger.
Ways to cope so we can steel ourselves for being able to face the chaos with grace and calm in our bodies and minds.
Ways to find moments of peace, of joy and connection with community.
Ways to rest, to recharge and to shift our perspective to one that won’t keep us feeling stuck and scared.
