The hardest part of staying on track to your fitness goals is not the delicious, healthy diet or the fun, endorphin-boosting workouts. The hardest part is getting yourself to start when life is messy or you don’t feel confident.

On those days, you need to show up anyway.

Maybe you only do a few reps. Maybe you take a walk. Maybe you skip that sugary snack your stress is saying you want.

Progress can only happen when you stop waiting for the perfect time to start and give yourself a real chance at achieving your goals.

Just remember…You do not need to “feel ready” to begin. 🔥💪

⚡ Your abs are ready to tighten up when your diet is.

Want abs fast? Ab workouts will help you get there, but you need to fix your food first. Your dietary choices are what define your abs, and you can’t out-train what you eat.

If you’re serious about getting sexy six-pack abs, start with what you put in your body:

🔥 Cut out sugar
🍞 Ditch the refined carbs
🥩 Add more protein
🌱 Pile on veggies
💧 Drink more water
