Nobody likes waiting.

Especially entrepreneurs.

We want movement, momentum, and measurable results.

But some of the most important growth in your business happens when it looks like nothing is happening.

The seasons when cash flow was tight taught me more about leadership than the seasons when everything was working.

They built discipline.

They built resilience.

They built trust.

Hebrews 11:1 reminds us that faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not yet see.

If you're in a waiting season, don't waste it.

Ask yourself:

"What is God teaching me here that success alone never could?"

What's one lesson you've learned during a difficult season?

Fear doesn't just affect your emotions.

It affects your decisions.

I've watched business owners walk away from great opportunities because fear convinced them it was safer to stay small.

I've done it too.

That's why before making a major decision, I ask myself:

"Is this led by faith or driven by fear?"

Fear feels rushed.

Fear feels frantic.

Fear feels scarce.

Faith often feels uncomfortable.

But it also brings peace.

The next time you're facing a difficult decision, pause and ask yourself that question.

You might be surprised by the answer.

What business decision are you currently praying through?

What if the delay isn't denial?

What if it's direction?

Many entrepreneurs spend months chasing opportunities that look good but aren't aligned with their purpose.

I've done it myself.

Philippians 4:19 reminds us that God supplies our needs.

Not every random idea.

Not every distraction.

Not every shiny opportunity.

God funds His assignments.

The moment I focused on the work I knew He called me to do, doors started opening that I couldn't force open before.

Sometimes the provision you're praying for is waiting on the purpose you're avoiding.

What's one area where you need greater clarity right now?

06/12/2026

Most entrepreneurs separate faith and finances.

They'll pray about their future.

Then panic about their numbers.

The problem is that faith and finances were never meant to compete.

They're meant to work together.

Matthew 6:33 doesn't tell us to ignore money.

It teaches us to prioritize obedience before outcomes.

One of the biggest shifts in my business happened when I stopped asking:

"What's the safest decision?"

And started asking:

"What's the faithful decision?"

That one question changed everything.

What decision are you facing right now that requires faith?

This might be controversial, but someone needs to hear it:

God is not a vending machine.

Too many people treat faith like a transaction.

"If I give this, God owes me that."

That's not how faith works.

God responds to obedience, not manipulation.

The breakthrough in my business didn't come because I found a secret formula.

It came when I stopped trying to control every outcome and started trusting God with the process.

Financial tension isn't always proof something is wrong.

Sometimes it's an invitation to trust deeper.

What's one area where you're struggling to trust God right now?

Let's talk about it in the comments.

I thought I had a budgeting problem.

What I really had was a trust problem.

I remember staring at my spreadsheet late one night trying to force the numbers to work.

The more I worked the math, the more frustrated I became.

Then I felt God ask me a question that stopped me cold:

"Are you trusting the math or are you trusting Me?"

That question exposed something I didn't want to admit.

I had built a budget with no room for faith.

Many entrepreneurs do the same thing.

We plan for every possibility except God's guidance.

Wisdom matters.

Planning matters.

But neither should replace trust.

Have you ever had a moment when God challenged the way you were thinking about your business?

Tell me about it below.

Ever feel like God is leading you one way while your bank account is pointing the other?

That's where a lot of entrepreneurs get stuck.

We think faith should make everything make sense.

But often, faith leads us into situations that make no sense on paper.

The real challenge isn't your numbers.

It's deciding whether you'll let fear or faith lead your next decision.

If you're carrying financial pressure right now, remember this:

God may be doing a deeper work in you than the result you're asking for.

Clarity doesn't always come before obedience.

Sometimes it comes because of obedience.

What part of your business requires the most faith right now?

If everyone gets paid except you, something needs to change.

Too many entrepreneurs pay vendors.

Pay payroll.

Pay software.

Pay expenses.

Then look at what’s left and call that their income.

That’s backwards.

Paying yourself first isn’t selfish.

It’s leadership.

It forces you to create structure.

It creates accountability.

And it reminds you that your business exists to serve your life, not consume it.

Start small.

Pick a percentage.

Automate it.

Build the habit.

Because when you consistently pay yourself, you stop operating from fear and start leading with intention.

Watch the episode and tell me in the comments:

What percentage are you committing to pay yourself?

Want to increase profit this week without making another sale?

This one may sting.

Most entrepreneurs have money leaking out of their business every month and don’t even realize it.

Subscriptions.

Software.

Duplicate tools.

Convenience purchases.

Small expenses feel harmless until they stack.

Here’s the question:

Does every dollar have a job?

If an expense isn’t helping you grow or protecting your operations, it may be reducing your future.

Go through the last two months of transactions.

Highlight anything that doesn’t clearly create growth, efficiency, or capacity.

You might discover your next raise is already sitting in your expenses.

You can make great money and still feel broke.

That sounds impossible until you realize cash flow and revenue are not the same thing.

A lot of entrepreneurs think they need more clients.

Sometimes what they actually need is better timing.

If money comes in after bills go out, stress becomes normal.

Payroll feels heavy.

Vendors feel stressful.

Growth starts feeling like pressure instead of freedom.

Healthy businesses run on rhythm.

Your money should support your business, not constantly force you into survival mode.

Take 10 minutes this week and map when cash actually enters and leaves your business.

You might find the problem isn’t income.

It’s timing.

Go watch this episode and tell me in the comments, where do you think your timing gap exists?
