My relationships with my family of clients are intimate, honest, loving, trustworthy, confidential, and incredibly rewarding. I began my ayurvedic, holistic, and spiritual studies in 2009. It’s still going on, and it will, until my last breath. I am a student for life, and no amount of studies will satisfy my hunger for more. I am trained as a board-certified life coach, health coach, and I am a certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner. I have completed over 58 programs in self-improvement throughout my last decade of studies, and I am just beginning. My most accredited knowledge and extensive training is from my life experiences. Getting to the other side of hardship in the areas of career confusion, businesses failure, debt, family breakdowns, relationship issues and endings, divorce, health challenges, overcoming my mental illnesses, and learning to truly love myself in a real and meaningful way, have taught me life lessons that I am inspired to teach you.
