This is what most people don't understand. The subconscious mind doesn't respond to your goals — it responds to what felt emotionally safe when you were a child. You can want leadership with every conscious part of you, and still have a nervous system that blocks you from it. That's exactly what we're here to change.

Here are 5 Steps to Rewire a Limiting Belief:

Notice the trigger or emotional reaction.

Identify the belief underneath it.(Look for a trigger, strong emotional reaction, or recurring doubt that you overthink.)

Question the belief. (The brain begins to weaken old neural pathways when you challenge assumptions instead of automatically accepting them.)

Install a new empowering belief. (I am safe, I am good enough, My voice matters) and repeat it over and over.

Gather evidence that supports the new belief.

What is repeated becomes familiar.
What is familiar feels true

The reason it feels “looping” is because the result feeds back into the original belief and strengthens it

Rejection in sales (And in life) is normal — it's literally part of the process. But if you tell yourself that rejection meant "Im not good enough," then your mind will keep looking for evidence to prove you right. Tell yourself "NO" means to keep going, the "YES" is coming~ then your mind looks for that instead.
