I remember the first time a woman in my gym did a Flex Friday post.

It was 2012.

She was nervous to share it. Genuinely nervous.

She posted anyway.

And something shifted in our community that day … eveyone was proud to show their muscles πŸ₯°

Fast forward to today.

You can now get a prescription, take a shot, and be 30 lbs lighter by summer.

Skinny has literally never been more accessible.

And look …I’m not here to judge that.

But here’s what I know after 14 years of coaching women:

You can fake a lot of things in life.

You can fake wealth.
You can fake confidence.
You can fake a lot.

But you cannot fake muscle.

That is built with effort!

When I see a woman with a strong, sculpted physique…I know exactly what that cost her.

Nobody handed her that.
