Earlier this month, 14 dedicated leaders from childcare and Head Start centers graduated from the yearlong Business Leadership Institute in partnership with The Orchard Foundation . Over the past year, these professionals put in incredible work—diving into intensive learning modules, engaging in small-group coaching, and tackling real problems of practice to strengthen their business leadership skills.
