Your scalp called… she wants the potion. 🌿✨

This is my homemade rosemary water for hair growth: a simple, natural hair care recipe I’ve been loving for scalp support, shedding, and giving those sleepy little follicles a gentle wake-up call.

Here’s the recipe:

🌿 Add 2–3 fresh rosemary sprigs or 2 tbsp dried rosemary to 2 cups filtered water
🌿 Boil, remove from heat, cover, and steep for 10–15 minutes
🌿 Let it cool completely, then strain
🌿 Pour into a clean glass bottle
🌿 Store in the fridge and use within 7–10 days

I like to use a dropper to put it directly onto my scalp, especially around the temples, hairline, and crown, then massage it in before bed. Think of it like watering your hair garden… but make it beauty witchy. πŸ§™β€β™€οΈπŸŒ±

Optional boosters: 1–2 drops of rosemary essential oil or 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, but keep it gentle and patch test first, especially if your scalp is sensitive.

And of course, hair growth is not just about what you put on your scalp... nutrition, stress, hormones, age, genetics, protein, iron, omega-3s, B vitamins, and overall health all matter too.

This creamy vegan dragon fruit frozen yogurt is giving sweet, colorful, dairy-free dessert energy, and it’s so easy to make at home.

DRAGON FRUIT FROZEN YOGURT RECIPE πŸ“πŸ‰

Ingredients:
πŸ“ 1 cup frozen strawberries
πŸ‰ 1 cup frozen dragon fruit
πŸ₯₯ Β½ cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
🍯 2 tbsp monk fruit sugar substitute, ground into a powder

Optional toppings:
✨ Sprinkles
🍫 Vegan chocolate chips
πŸ₯£ Cereal
🍌 Fresh fruit
πŸ₯œ Nuts or seeds

How to make it:
1️⃣ Grind the monk fruit into a fine powder.
2️⃣ Blend strawberries, dragon fruit, and coconut yogurt until creamy.
3️⃣ Add monk fruit powder, blend again, and taste.
4️⃣ Enjoy immediately as soft serve or freeze for 30 minutes for a firmer texture.
5️⃣ Add your favorite toppings and make it cute. 🌈

Part 2 of the shiitake bacon video πŸ„β€πŸŸ«πŸ₯“ I piled it onto lentil lettuce wraps for a healthy lunch with a crunch. And honestly, use whatever you’ve got in your wraps... your fav plant protein all work here... chickpeas, tofu, tempeh, seitan, etc!

Basically: watermelon met a creamsicle, got a glow-up, and became the star of summer. πŸ˜πŸ‰βœ¨

These creamy watermelon pops are the cutest summer treat: fresh watermelon blended with vanilla coconut yogurt, poured back into a watermelon β€œpie,” sprinkled with chocolate chip β€œseeds,” frozen, and sliced into the most refreshing little wedges.

Who needs a tropical vacation when you’ve got this Pink Dragon Dream Smoothie in hand?! πŸ’•πŸŒ΄

This creamy, fruity refresher tastes just as magical as it looks, and it only takes 5 ingredients to make it happen:

✨ What’s inside:
▫️ 1 frozen dragon fruit packet (or Β½ cup frozen pitaya chunks)
▫️ 1 frozen banana
▫️ 1 cup plant-based milk
▫️ Β½ tsp vanilla extract
▫️ Optional: 1 tsp agave or maple syrup if you like it sweeter

Add a scoop of vanilla vegan protein, a pinch of cardamom for lassi vibes, or swirl in some coconut yogurt on top for ✨aesthetic✨ goals.

I went on a mission to find Oshi’s plant-based salmon at Orchard Grocer here in New York City (one of my favorite fully vegan grocery stores!)… but they were totally SOLD OUT. 😭

Luckily, I spotted Oshi at the Plant-Based World Expo and finally got my hands on itβ€”so of course I had to make a cozy Maple Miso Oshi Bowl the moment I got home. 🍱✨

πŸ‘€ If you’ve never heard of Oshi:
They’re creating realistic β€œsalmon” using soy protein + omega-3s from algae (the same omegas fish get from eating algae in the first place). SO smart. It looks and flakes like salmonβ€”but no fish, no mercury, no microplastics, and totally vegan. If you’re plant-based (or just trying it), this is SUCH a fun alternative.

🍱 MAPLE MISO OSHI BOWL (Veginner recipeπŸ‘‡)

➀ Glaze:
1.5 tbsp miso
1 tbsp maple syrup
1–2 tsp coconut aminos
Β½ tsp rice vinegar

➀ Cook Oshi the official way:
β€’ Start in a cold pan
β€’ Medium heat, covered, 3 mins
β€’ Flip + cook 1.5 mins
β€’ Add a little oil + sear
β€’ Brush glaze + caramelize

➀ Plate with:
quinoa or rice β€’ steamed veggies β€’ lemon squeeze πŸ’›
