Psychedelic therapy is moving closer to widespread clinical use, but one major challenge remains: there aren’t yet enough well-trained therapists to support a safe rollout.

That’s part of why we built Fluence Sync.

Sync is a purpose-built platform designed to help sponsors, trainers, and administrators manage complex training programs for psychedelic therapy. It allows teams to track trainee progress, organize training data, and coordinate across sites, languages, and time zones.

The platform grew out of years of running large-scale training programs and seeing the limits of generic systems—fragmented data, manual workflows, and limited visibility. Sync was designed from the ground up to support the real operational needs of clinical trials and therapy training.

Today, Sync powers all of Fluence’s clinical trial and B2B training programs, helping our partners train and certify therapists at scale.

Send us an email at [email protected] to learn how your team could benefit from Fluence Sync.

Legislation is shaping the future of psychedelic therapy, often faster than clinicians can keep up.

On March 19 at 1:00 PM ET, join Fluence for Legislative Horizons in Psychedelic Therapy: What Clinicians Need to Know, a live conversation with Taylor West, Executive Director of the Healing Advocacy Fund. We’ll discuss the New Mexico psilocybin program, emerging state-level policy efforts, and how therapists can prepare for a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.

This session will be live on Zoom and will not be recorded, so attendance is the only way to participate.

From patient to practitioner: David’s story.

After finding meaningful relief from PTSD and depression through psychedelic therapy, David felt called to support others on their healing journeys. That path led him to train with Fluence and become a psychedelic therapy facilitator.

We are honored to be part of David’s story and proud to support clinicians, veterans, and caregivers who are shaping the future of safe, ethical psychedelic care.

Somatic modalities play a critical role in psychedelic facilitation, helping clients stay regulated, embodied, and responsive to emerging material during and after a session.

In this short clip, Fluence faculty member Rebecca Love, LCSW, shares how somatic approaches complement psilocybin facilitation and support integration in a grounded, ethical way.

This is the kind of studio-quality, clinically informed video learning you can expect throughout our Psilocybin Facilitation Certificate Program. Enrollment is now open for our spring sessions for licensed practitioners preparing to work in regulated psilocybin services. Explore the program here: https://hubs.li/Q040LvS10

Turning Your Session Notes into Meaningful Art 01/07/2026

We’re thrilled to see Jayne Gumpel, LCSW featured in the January/February 2026 issue of Psychotherapy Networker with her thoughtful piece, “Turning Your Session Notes into Meaningful Art.” Jayne’s article highlights how therapeutic presence, creativity, and attention to the everyday details of clinical work can deepen connection and understanding, principles that sit at the heart of effective psychotherapy.

In our Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy Certificate Program, Jayne brings this same depth of relational skill into the emerging field of psychedelic care, where preparation, attunement, and integration are essential for meaningful and lasting outcomes. If you are committed to relational, reflective, and evidence-informed practice, this is an opportunity to learn directly from an experienced clinician helping shape the future of the field.
