Not all coaching is created equal.

I don’t coach for the quick wins, the next title, or the big promotion.

I coach for true fulfillment.

The kind that touches every part of your life.

I end my days feeling energized not drained.

Because I work with people who are ready to do the real work.

Not just to have more, but to become MORE.

If you’re craving depth, alignment, and a sense of purpose that doesn’t disappear when the workday ends…

You’re in the right place.

Coaching changed my life and still does, every day.

Let it change yours too.

Let's talk!

06/18/2026

I don’t end my day exhausted anymore.

I end it fulfilled.

Why?

Because I choose who I work with.

And I choose people who are all in...

Not just on surface-level goals, but on healing, growth, and deep fulfillment.

Coaching isn’t just something I do...

It’s something that’s helped me heal.

Every session, every breakthrough, every truth spoken out loud… it’s part of my own journey, too.

So no, I don’t work with people chasing a promotion just to prove something.

I’m not the coach for someone who only wants the house, the raise, the million-dollar goal without the inner work.

If you’re only looking for a checklist coach, go find one.

But if you want to talk about the tapestry of your life the patterns, the pain, the potential we might just be a match.

Because this work?

It’s not about achievement.

It’s about alignment.

If you’re looking for a coach who won’t just ask about your goals but will hold space for your growth...

I’m here.

Let’s talk about the real stuff.

DM me or drop a “❤️” in the comments if you’re ready for this kind of transformation.

For years, I thought great leadership meant having all the answers.

Staying composed.
Never making mistakes.
Carrying the weight of everything without letting anyone see how heavy it felt.

But the longer I've coached leaders, executives, and high achievers, the more I've come to believe the opposite is true.

Perfection doesn't build trust. People do.

The leaders who create the greatest impact aren't the ones who appear flawless.

They're the ones who are real.

The ones who are willing to say...

"I don't know."
"I'm learning."
"This is hard."

Because vulnerability isn't weakness.

It's courage.

It's connection.

And it's often the very thing that gives others permission to show up authentically, too.

At the end of the day, leadership isn't about being perfect.

It's about being human.

What's one leadership lesson you've learned by letting go of perfection?

One of the things Lauren Novy shared during our recent LinkedIn Live that meant so much to me was this...

"I've done a lot of different leadership programs and coaching before, but it's very cookie cutter and meant for a broad audience. What I love is that this is all personalized for me... It's really thinking about your full life."

At Rebecca Babcock Coaching, we don't believe you can separate career from life.

Because leadership isn't just about getting the next promotion.

It's about understanding...

✨ Who you are
✨ What matters most to you
✨ The patterns that have shaped your journey
✨ The impact you want to make
✨ How you want to show up in every area of your life

That's why our approach is intentionally different.

Through a personalized coaching experience and a team of specialized coaches, we help our clients explore not just what they want to achieve, but who they want to become.

Lauren's journey has never been about "fixing" something that was broken.

She was already successful.

The work was about creating alignment between the life she had built and the life she truly wanted to lead.

Thank you, Lauren, for sharing your story so openly and for reminding us that the most meaningful growth happens when we look at the whole person not just the professional title.

For a long time, many of us were taught that great leaders have all the answers.

They stay composed.
They never struggle.
They don't make mistakes.
They carry everything without letting anyone see the weight of it.

But what if we've been getting leadership all wrong?

One of the beliefs at the core of my coaching philosophy is this...

Vulnerability is our Superpower.

Telling the truth about who we are, what we're navigating, and where we don't have all the answers doesn't make us weak.

It makes us human.

Because leadership isn't found in perfection.

It's not in waking up at 4:30 a.m. to hustle harder.
It's not in having every detail polished.
It's not in pretending we've got it all together.

Our truest leadership emerges when we allow ourselves to be real humans.

The leaders we remember aren't the ones who appeared flawless.

They're the ones who created trust.
Who showed empathy.
Who gave others permission to be authentic, too.

Because at the end of the day, we're all just doing the best we can.

And maybe that's more than enough.

What's one leadership lesson you've learned by letting go of perfection?

"Passion without skill is a hobby. Skill without joy is a job.
Your purpose lives where your passion and strength meet."

This is the sweet spot we help our clients uncover.

You might love something but not be great at it.

You might be great at something but feel completely drained doing it.

Neither alone is enough.

That’s why real alignment comes when you dig deeper
when you ask not just what can I do?

But what feels like mine to do?

That’s the work we do here.

And it’s what turns confusion into clarity, and burnout into fulfillment.

Have you found that sweet spot yet or are you still searching?

"I used to believe that growth meant rising through the ranks."

That was one of the many powerful insights Lauren Novy shared during our recent conversation on leadership and redefining success.

Like many high achievers, Lauren entered corporate America believing that growth meant earning the next promotion, increasing your scope, and continuing to climb the ladder.

But over time, her perspective evolved.

She shared that there are seasons when the conditions simply don't support that next title or promotion.

And that doesn't mean growth has stopped.

Instead, growth can look like:

✨ Building new skills
✨ Strengthening relationships
✨ Showing up differently as a leader
✨ Expanding your impact
✨ Focusing on what you can control

As Lauren put it, there's something incredibly freeing about shifting your focus away from external milestones and toward the ways you're growing every single day.

The promotions may come as a result of that growth, but they don't have to define it.

Just because you're passionate about something doesn't mean it's your purpose.

You can be wildly passionate about something…

…and not be great at it.

…and not enjoy it as a career.

That’s why finding your true path is so layered.

It’s not as simple as...

✅ Take a personality test
✅ Match it to a list of careers
✅ Boom! life purpose found

Sure, we do those skill-based assessments (they do help!)

But that’s just the beginning.

The real work?

It’s asking deeper questions...

💭 What brings you alive?
💭 What drains you?
💭 Where do your natural strengths meet your genuine joy?

Purpose lives in the intersection of your gifts and your joy.

Not just one or the other.

And that’s the work we do with our clients.

Not just quick answers.

But sustainable alignment.

Ready to explore the intersection of your passion and your strengths?

Let’s talk!

Most people try to organize their time before they figure out what they actually want their life to hold.

We fill our calendars, manage our to-do lists, and chase productivity, hoping that somewhere along the way we'll feel balanced and fulfilled.

But balance isn't created by squeezing more into our days.

It begins with clarity.

What matters most to you right now?

Is it deeper relationships?
Better health?
Meaningful work?
Creativity?
Rest? Adventure?
Time with the people you love?

When you identify what truly matters, you can start making intentional choices that reflect those priorities.

You stop building your life around obligations and begin building it around purpose.

This is your invitation to flip the script.

Instead of asking, "How can I fit everything in?"

Ask, "What deserves a place in my life?"

Find the thing that matters first.

Then protect space for it.

That doesn't mean life becomes perfectly balanced overnight.

It means you begin making decisions that align with who you are and what you value most.

That's where balance begins.

What's something you'd love to make more space for in this season of your life?

There are moments in business that remind you that the little things matter.

A quick reply.
A thoughtful response.
A message that lets someone know they've been seen and heard.

Recently, a client shared this with me, and it stopped me in my tracks...

"You have responded to every text and email I have sent, no matter how small or insignificant. You always reply thoughtfully and in a very encouraging manner. You make me feel seen and I'm sure everyone feels special. It's really a remarkable talent you have."

Truthfully, this is at the heart of The Babcock Method™.

Coaching isn't just about strategies, assessments, or action plans.

It's about relationships.

It's about creating a space where people feel supported, challenged, and genuinely cared for as they navigate change.

To every client who has trusted us with your journey thank you.

Your growth, courage, and willingness to do the work inspire us every single day.

And to this client... thank you for the reminder that sometimes the greatest impact comes from simply showing up consistently for others. ❤️
