Today was an amazing Principal Quads Finale! 🎉✨
All of the District 75 principals showcased their collaborative efforts and dedication throughout the entire school year, demonstrating the true power of leadership, teamwork, and commitment to our students and communities. 💙
Special thanks to our strong Superintendent Leadership Team for making this grand finale such a memorable celebration. A heartfelt congratulations to one of our greatest principals, Barbara Tremblay, whose impact and leadership continue to inspire so many. 🌟
And to top it all off, an unforgettable performance by the incredible Anthony Casella truly made the event one for the books! 🎶👏

Today, Superintendent Dr. McCoy attended the Gray Fellows End-of-Year Symposium. Principal Sara Byas-Aracena and Dr. Alexandra Guerriero presented and did a phenomenal job. We also proudly celebrated the five new D75 incoming Gray Fellow cohort members.

It was especially meaningful as Dr. McCoy reunited with her previous Gray Fellow (Seal 6) cohort and fellow D75 principals.

Yesterday, Superintendent Dr. McCoy, Deputy Superintendent Dr. Hoggard and Klainberg, and Citywide Liaison Avila attended the annual Samuel Stern Awards.

The award recipients were recognized for their outstanding leadership, independence, and integrity; a true reflection of the strength and perseverance of our students. It was an inspiring celebration that showcased how our students continue to EVOLVE and thrive.

Today, Superintendent Dr. Keisha McCoy attended the D75 LEGO League STEM Fair at the Hall of Science, where D75 schools proudly showcased innovative STEM projects and student achievement.

Present were the CEO of the Guggenheim, Dr. Westermann of the Hall of Science, Deputy Chancellor Foti, Director of STEM, Mr. Taylor, CCD75 President Christi Angel, along with D75 school communities and families.

It was a day of learning, creativity, and celebrating some of the best work happening across D75! 🌟

Collaborating for student success! 💼✨ President Christi Angel and Citywide Liaison Nicole Avila recently spent an incredible morning visiting P4Q, hosted by Principal Stephen Reese.
They had the privilege of walking the halls, stepping into classrooms, and seeing firsthand the incredible teaching and learning happening every day. From diving deep into P4Q’s unique school initiatives to learning more about their specialized programming, it was a powerful reminder of what happens when leadership, dedication, and community come together for students.

Tonight, Superintendent Dr. McCoy, Deputy Superintendent Dr. Hoggard, and Citywide Liaison Avila attended a special performance at the Brooklyn Arts Festival, where they witnessed the incredible talent of students from 811K shine on stage. In addition to the outstanding performances, many students’ visual artworks were selected for display, highlighting the creativity, imagination, and artistic excellence across our schools.

It was also wonderful to reconnect with Mark Carallo, Dr. McCaulsky, and many other familiar faces while celebrating our students’ remarkable achievements in the arts. 🎭🎨👏

721Q’s Spring Fair was truly one to remember! Thousands of students, families, staff, alumni, public officials, and community partners came together for two amazing days filled with food, student-made crafts, raffles, music, vendor resources, and even a chicken petting zoo.

A huge thank you to Principal Renelus, the 721Q PTA, and everyone whose hard work made this celebration such a tremendous success!
