Our inaugural cooking class was a hit, welcoming club members with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres before hands-on instruction led by Executive Chef Joe Boko and Executive Sous Chef Kelvin Gomez.

Members had the opportunity to step into The Club’s kitchen, learn professional techniques, and enjoy an evening of food and fun. Our chefs in training were treated to recipe books and Cornell Club aprons.

The Knicks aren’t the only hot ticket in town! It’s a sold-out night one of our new cooking class series. Led by Executive Chef Joe Boko and his talented culinary team, members will sharpen their culinary skills while preparing a three-course dinner.
