Happy Earth Day! 🌎
Today we will celebrate Climate Action Day with a focus on Health, Wellness, and Green Space.
Students will explore how caring for the Earth also supports our physical health, mental wellbeing, and connection to nature.
💚 Earth Day Spirit Day: Wear green or cozy attire to show your Earth Day spirit!
🧘 Mindful Moments: Classrooms will take a few minutes for guided breathing or meditation to support calm, focus, and wellness.
📚 Outdoor DEAR Time: Students in will head outside to Drop Everything and Read, enjoying stories and quiet reading while connecting with nature.
Spending time outdoors, practicing mindfulness, and building green spaces reminds us that small actions can make a big difference for ourselves and for our planet. 🌱

In preparation for the upcoming snow storm, we will be distrbuting the Kindergarten and first graders' iPads so they are ready for the possibility of remote learning.
Please fill out the Google Form and come to school tomorrow morning from 10:30 to 11:30.
Students in Grades 2–5 already have their Chromebooks at home. They should use those devices for remote learning and do not need to come to school.
Please make sure all devices are charged and ready to use if needed.
Stay safe and warm!
