As a EFT practitioner and life coach I help you create more joy and less stress in your life.

This quote has been living rent free in my head since I heard it.

“You must never confuse faith that you will prevail in the end—which you can never afford to lose—with the discipline to confront the most brutal facts of your current reality, whatever they might be.” Admiral James Stockdale.

It blew me away because he describes successfully getting through a challenge perfectly. No matter how hard it gets, the key is believing that you will get through to the other side.

You have to know that it will be hard.

And uncertain.

That you will feel scared and overwhelmed and angry.

That you will doubt yourself.

That you may want to pull the covers over your head and pretend the issue doesn’t exist.

That you will wish things were different.

AND you need to believe that you can not only get through this transition in your life you can create a transformation.

You can decide that you will come out the other side stronger than you were before.

If you’re not there yet, I can show how you how to build that belief. It was possible for me and it’s possible for you, too.

Save this to come back to.

Share it with someone who needs it today.

When you’re dealing with a tough transition, what you need may not be what you think.

In hard times, it feels really good to have someone validate your feelings and agree that sometimes life really sucks.

And there’s nothing wrong with that.

It’s also important to have someone who will say, “Yes, this is really hard. You shouldn’t have to be dealing with this but you are. What are you going to do about it?”

That’s the job of a coach.

A coach gives you all the space you need to feel your emotions. She listens without judgment and isn’t fazed by big emotions.

She gets the messiness. The tears, the anger, the fear. She understands that the feelings aren’t a sign of weakness, even when it feels that way.

She doesn’t treat you like you’re broken. She knows that you are capable and strong.

She fights for your dreams and wants you to move forward if that’s what you want for yourself.

There is debate in the world of small (and large) businesses over which is more important, belief or action.

The truth is that they should fuel each other.

If you truly believe that something is possible, chances are you’re going to get out there and make it happen. That belief will inspire you to keep going even when challenges come your way, and they will.

And when your belief in what’s possible for you and your dream falters, and it will, continuing to take action will help you strengthen your belief in yourself.

The biggest challenge is uncovering the negative beliefs that lurk under the surface. These are thoughts that fuel doubt and cause you to pull back from action or self sabotage when you take it.

We all have them buried in our subconscious from past experiences and societal messaging. When you uncover them, you can let them go and take your next step forward in belief.

Tapping can help. DM me to learn more.
