Travel+Leisure wrote that Micato treats guests like "well-loved, out-of-town relatives." This has been true since 1966, when Felix and Jane Pinto started Micato out of their home in Kenya. Now a world-renowned name, Micato remains a family-run company, and our travellers still join the Pintos for a meal at their home when they pass through Nairobi.
