The class I was planning to teach today is being postponed to this coming TUESDAY at 6pm. The last week has been a doozy for me (all of us), and I want to show up for you all but right now I need to show up for myself and take a moment to pause.

Felt so great to be back outside with you All. It meant the world. Thank you.

Next class: Friday November 8th at 6:30pm - same place.
