Love this fridge mount for tablets. Perfect for reading recipes (or watching cooking shows) without making a mess of the screen. http://www.amazon.com/Belkin-Fridge-Generation-Retina-Display/dp/B005NHR6MU

Almondine, our beloved French bakery, is back in business and their beignet is as delicious as it is addicting. Jelly doughnuts on steroids. "Just on Sunday" is my excuse.

Planting herbs and veggies tomorrow in class. The kids love it as much as I do. If you can't get to Foragers in dumbo, order your seeds from Hudson Valley Seed Library. They have the best seeds.
Parents of kids with severe food allergies should read this article about what is being done. This is good news for you. Hopefully some day these horrible allergies will be a thing of the past. http://nyti.ms/VGhjpP

Happy New Year! Frittata is perfect for brunch. Basically eggs, cheese, vegetables and herbs in a pan. Whatever your first meal is hope it's tasty.
I just gave this link for cheese fondue to a student for dinner tonight. In case you want to try it, here it is...

Oh, what to do? Remnants of our chocolate marshmallows following our workshop today. I guess I'll have to eat them.
It's holiday shopping time. Drop your kids to our last workshop of the year on Sunday for two whole hours of free time. Limited space left.
