The result of this adaptation is an exciting program that inspires students to learn about the food we eat.
Developed by the American Institute of Wine & Food, Days of Taste® is modeled after a French program called "Journées de Gout," ("Days of Taste") and adapted for the American student. By discovering for themselves, students learn how foods taste and how they weave their way through our daily lives, from farm to table.

The spring produce schedule in NY is delayed, so we haven't had many opportunities to enjoy the fabulous local ramps!
