Federazione Italiana Cuochi was formed in Italy in, creating an active network for professional chef
Federazione Italiana Cuochi (F.I.C) was formed in Milan, Italy in 1979 to create an active network for professional chefs, restauranteurs, professors and culinary students, nationwide. Just before 2016 came to an end, the FIC connected with Italian Chefs in America to elect a president and start the United States chapter of the organization.
