Another great session, it’s been a few years but I’m so happy to be educating ad empowering again. Doing what feeds my soul.

Felt wonderful to educate and empower today. It’s been way too long.

With assaults on the rise we need to know how to protect ourselves and our loved ones. Keep yourself alert and aware of your surroundings.

Looking forward to teaching again with Spring coming soon and restrictions being lifted. It's been 2 years which is way too long. If you are interested in a session reach out.

Always . Unfortunately this morning a young woman was attached and assaulted in central park. She was choked and lost consciousness.

Always have your guard up when walking around and be prepared for the unknown. No what to do when faced with any situation. Knowing what to do is half the battle.

Looking forward to things going back to some normalcy and to be able to begin educating and empowering girls this fall.

My first self defense session since pre-covid times. What a joy to be able to educate and empower on this beautiful day. It warmed my heart and fed my soul.

I am hoping and praying everyone stays safe and healthy during this time of uncertainty. We are all strong but we are stronger united. Shed hope, light and love to everyone (virtually of course).

Celebrate Woman’s day by uplifting one another. Women are supposed to support and empower each other not compete. Let’s raise our girls to be warriors of compassion.
