Yesterday was the kick-off party for Oslo Innovation week. I took a moment afterwards to go to the harbor to witness the beautiful Harvest Moon which for years has been a beacon of light for farmers who harvest crop. In business as well as love the process is fairly simple: surrender, believe, plant the seeds, sow and eventually it leads to harvest.

I am usually happiest when I am roaming in nature or in awe of learning a new area. Connecting with your inner child keeps you young, makes you a magnet to achieve what you desire and just plain feels good. Can you remember the last time you allowed yourself to play?
