We gain strength and self confidence while making new friends! GYMSTARS: An action-packed developmental Gymnastics class with exciting skills to learn and movement routines to motivate and challenge! Class warms up with lively music, then condition with cross mat tumbling (no waiting in lines!) Next our gymnasts are led through an obstacle course of Gymnastic & Circus movements as they master the challenges in their paths; all while having TREMENDOUS AMOUNTS OF FUN!

Our Mini Camps are a full day of movement, laughter, and skill-building for ages 2–12. They get to run wild in a safe, structured environment, and you get peace of mind (and maybe a quiet coffee). ☕✨
