In just over a month, thousands of people will descend upon New York to join 2020 NYC Tartan Week, featuring a full calendar of events celebrating all things Scottish. About Us - NYC Tartan Week In 1998 the U.S. Senate declared April 6 to be National Tartan Day to recognize the contributions made by Scottish-Americans to the United States.
