Congratulations to Stephen Tracey who just landed a phenomenal guest star on one of prime times longest running franchises.

Our Tuesday Night Zoom class is jumping up and down to celebrate him. To get to work with clients a country away and be a small part of their journey is so freaking neat.

Stephen, your work has been so damn good throughout this year. We can’t wait to see you shine on our screens 🧡

Another magical Summer Party in the books 🎉

These nights are incredibly special to me. To see so much of our community come together, new friends and forever friends laughing and celebrating until the wee hours of the morning… it fills my heart to the brim.

Thank you to everyone who came! It was wonderful to celebrate all of you incredible people who make The Norris Studio special. On top of that, we got to watch the Knicks finish off their magical run and take down another giant pizza (swipe to the end to see it 🤯).

To those who couldn’t come because they live far away, we missed you but felt you there in spirit. Also thank you to Cara and Piper who help me open our home and yard to everyone 🧡

With heart and belly full and cheeks tired from smiling and laughing, we’re ready for the second half of 2026! I can’t wait to see what you all create and accomplish together.

This is a biggie that we’ve been sitting on for awhile, waiting to share… Huge, epic CONGRATULATIONS to Jona Xiao for booking a major role in Netflix’s upcoming series Scooby Doo: Origins!

I never get over seeing clients in deadline. It’s such a thrill to see Jona celebrated and succeeding like this, amongst such a wonderful cast.

These things are never easy. Multiple rounds of auditions. Deciphering notes and adjustments. Figuring out tone and relationships without a full script. But we did the work, one step at a time, and then Jona went and did the damn thing.

It was a joy working with Jona on this one and I can’t wait to see her strut her stuff with the first live action Scooby.

Congratulations Jona! You freaking earned it. 👏 🐕 🎬🥰

Huge congratulations to Bo Vee for their upcoming standup show DYKE-OTOMY, a work-in-progress created by one of my favorite artists.

Bo has been in Thursday class for a few months and holy hell have they left a mark. The room is more full of humor, joy, and honesty than ever before, and everyone’s work benefits from all of it.

This Friday, Bo is doing a run through of a work in progress stand up show we’ve been hearing about in check in. And based on everything I’ve heard about Dyke-otomy, you’ll want to be in the room when it happens.

Some HUGE congratulations are in order for one of my favorite multi-hyphenates, the brilliant Brit MacRae!

Britt booked an incredibly fun role in a feature that she just wrapped (can’t say more yet 🤫).

But that is definitely not all, because Brit executive produced the phenomenal indie horror sensation , now available for rental on streaming and soon to appear on HBO in June. 😱 🎥 🍿

Marc and I had so much fun going to a late showing of Undertone when it was in theaters. There is not much better than having a great time at the movies and seeing your friend and client in the credits.
