If you're on a journey to improve your life, chase a dream, achieve a goal and you're gathering all of the information, learning, and taking all the action and you're still feeling stuck...there's a reason for that.
A part of the personal development journey that isn't talked about enough is the Need. To. Rest.
You can do all the work, but if you aren't giving your mind and body the space to receive the guidance you need to get to your next level, you're going to remain stuck. It's about doing the work to move yourself forward, but balancing it with rest. Both parts are important.
