The Laughastè Asanas improves vagel tone by combining the mechanical benefits of traditional yoga with the physiological reset triggered by intentional.

Oowee let me Laughastè & discharge the day!

The Nightly Neural Discharge
Becsuse when the shift ends, the Somatic clearing begins.

As an LCSW or service professional, your workday doesn’t just end when you clock out, it often lingers in your nervous system. If you don’t intentionally discharge the day’s heavy narratives, they stay stored in your body as cortisol stagnation and tension.

Tonight, I’m utilizing a targeted Laughastè PM Flow to facilitate a deep transition into a restorative state.

The Laughastè Flow:

Olfactory reset : Using the Laughastè Spray to engage the olfactory system, signaling a safe environment.

Laughing Child Pose (number 5): Returning to a state of primal safety and muffled release.

Detox Laugh ( number 18): A seated twist to wring out the energetic residue of the day’s cases.

Stretch Laugh ( Number 9): Releasing the physical armor we wear during high-stress interactions.

Proper preparation for tomorrow’s Pilot Perspective starts with how you surrender tonight. Ooowee, Because even the most blissful life can be stressful especially when you are a professional healer.

Intentional Laughter
The Brain & the body often cannot distinguish between spontaneous, genuine laughter and intentional, simulated laughter.

Both can produce the same positive physiological and neurochemical changes, which is the basis for practices like Laughastè and Laughastè yoga.

By incorporating intentional laughter into your routine, you can proactively support your nervous system's ability to recover from stress and build greater emotional resilience over time.

Laughter helps regulate your nervous system by activating the parasympathetic nervous system (the rest and digest branch), which counters the fight-or-flight response of the sympathetic nervous system. This process brings your mind and body back into balance. ⚖️

Oowee Let me Laughastè hahaha!! Matter of fact let us collectively Laughastè and regulate.

Hold for three seconds
And exhale with laughter
Hahaha

Oowee HEALarious ikr... Did you start your day with Laughastè?

RAspectfully Speaking If you haven’t increased your Vagal Tone your nervous system can’t tell the difference between ‘I’m about to manifest my dreams’ and ‘I’m about to be chased by a predator.’
Without somatic preparation, your body perceives the intensity of your positive changes as a threat to your survival, and it will biologically block the blessing to keep you safe in the familiar.

In ​Spiritually, we talk about being a vessel. But a vessel that is rigid and tight will crack under the pressure of high-frequency InnerG. If you are manifesting your birthif abundance after living in survival mode for so long your body is stuck in the small survival state, there is a frequency mismatch.
​You aren’t being denied... You’re being asked to expand the container.
