We are proud to announce that Jeremy Brown has been promoted to Chief Marketing Officer. Since joining ZRS in 1999, Jeremy has been an invaluable force, shaping the voice and vision of our brand from the ground up. Over the course of his career, Jeremy has demonstrated an extraordinary ability to lead teams, inspire innovation, and drive impact within our organization and across the multifamily industry. This promotion is a true reflection of Jeremy's dedication, creativity, and the lasting mark he continues to make on ZRS and beyond.

Last week, we gathered over 1,000 teams and partners for our annual ZED (ZRS Education & Discovery) conference. From the first tee shot at the ZED Golf Tournament to the final applause at the ZMA Ceremony, every moment was a reminder of what makes this organization truly special.

We kicked things off on the course with a golf tournament, then treated all of our attendees to a day at Disney. The ZED Conference then brought everyone together explore the latest in products and services at the exhibitor tradeshow, followed by keynote speakers who challenged us to reflect about the impact of hospitality and what it truly means to be intentional in everything we do.

We then closed the week by honoring our outstanding teams and individuals at the ZMAs, celebrating the dedication and excellence that define who we are, while marking a monumental 35 years as an organization.

To every team member and partner who gave it everything, thank you. Here's to 35 more.

A big thank you to our team at Alexan Kendall for installing a Little Free Library inside the children's playground area. This addition brings families together by encouraging community, inspiring readers, and making books accessible right at home.

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Marissa Swinson to Vice President of Support Services. This promotion is a reflection of Marissa's leadership, operational excellence, and the meaningful impact she has had across our organization throughout her tenure. In her most recent role as Director of Support Services, Marissa demonstrated a strong ability to lead complex teams, drive process improvement, and deliver results with precision and professionalism. We are confident that she will bring that same standard of leadership to her expanded responsibilities in this new role.
