I lost weight...lost over a hundred pounds prior to starting Paleo...I started Paleo as a challenge with the ladies in my bootcamp classes. I was only supposed to do this for one month but here I am 6 months into it and I can't stop....it seems to work so I will keep on doing it!

I'm here in Bali and saw this......my travel mind is like girl sit down....but maybe girl stand up???? Our 2027 India and Nepal trip is looking amazing. For the Nepal portion, we've literally taken every seat on the flight to see the majestic and impressive Mount Everest....

I'm like....can we get another plane??? Lol.... I dream a lot sometimes!

Technology and Traveling.... how are you staying on trends??? Several of our guests have the Rayban glasses, smart watches/phones, handheld gimbals, translation devices, apps to keep up with their flights, wireless chargers, location tracking devices and more!

What are you using to enhance your travels on a technological level? I think it's time for me to get a gimbal....maybe......so the "excuse me can you record me real quick/get somebody else to do" will end lol...
